I always heard that you needed MA permission to use one. I don't see any reason why they would say no though since it costs so much, especially if you do something RP related like mugging the entire server.

If you are able to pocket it I would definitely not use it again any time soon. That would probably get you into some trouble.

No rules on it but just heres what I think you should do if you are going to use one. Advert and warn players that they are probably gonna die so they can atleast pocket weapons and give them 10 or so seconds before shooting it

That's how I always planned to use it if I had one.

I also think that an acceptable time to use it would be during an event with at least 90% of players in it like HG. This is just my personal opinion, not a statement from a staff member. Just to be safe I would ask Kwoon before you use it though.

Honestly yeah. I'm not sure if it is one time use, but if it isn't it definitely should be. If he wants to include it then it should cost at least 25 mil each use

Yeah. That being said if you can afford one I think it would be a good investment to buy it. I don't see it lasting forever so if you hold onto it could increase in value exponentially.
