-Meth now adds 50 armor when taken. Caps at 100.
-Smoking weed now provides 25 health with each tug. Caps at 100.
-Lowered price of RPG Round to $750.
-Lowered price of 40mm Grenade Ammo to $400.
-Lowered price of IED Detonator to $25k.
-Added C4 to the Black Market Dealer NPC.
-Added Rocket Crate to Gun Dealer. Costs $80k. Spwns with 100 rounds of both RPG and 40mm rounds.
-Added Ammo Crate to Gun Dealer F4 menu.
-Added a cap of 2400 on prop health. If a props health was anything higher than 2400, it's now capped at 2400. 19k prop health was a bit too much.
-Added login rewards for joining our Discord, Steam group, and setting Steam name.

Even at 2400 for every prop, thats still 48 hits with a plasma gun to break a prop, compared to most bases that had the 19k props needing 384 hits to break it
