Didn't Tim already mention that he wasn't planning on doing dumpsters because every server has them now??

Also along with the random lootable items that will be spawning around the map, the amount of dumpsters you showed would be overkill and would cost server performance. They wouldn't be very useful and people usually only go hobo to build on the street or to minge. New players typically go Runner, Thief, & Gun dealer in order to make money rather than make nothing.
