It's completely unjustifiable that donating gives you the ability to literally slow down the server. Remove it or edit it, the fact it exists was a horrible idea.
Whenever your adrenaline reaches 100%, if you right click with the SWEP, everything on the server goes slow-mo. (not slowing it down, like its lag or anything, literally putting the whole server in slow-mo)
