-Fixed the issue where players were able to stunstick the Drug Buyer NPC.
-Fixed Discord link in F4 menu.
-Fixed not being able to drop lockpicks from your inventory.
-Fixed /invholster that I broke a couple days ago.
-CP members are restricted from using /invholster.
-Created a safe zone around the casino.
